Land Lease Representative
Roswell, New Mexico
Position Summary
Supports the company in all duties related to functions and activities necessary to secure profitability, maintain and grow the company’s real estate portfolio of leased and owned properties. The Land Lease Representative is responsible for finding sites for new leases/billboard sign locations and maintaining existing leases while working with state and local agencies for zoning purposes. It will require in office time at our Roswell office and travel throughout New Mexico. Travel is required.

Required Education and Experience
