Job Summary:
Seen Media Group is looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team! This role will
manage the lease portfolio by being the main point of contact for all landlords, assisting in the
development of new sites, relocations and other inventory management activities.

Responsibilities:
● Knowledge of the inventory in all markets
● Monitor, track, and analyze critical operational data and dates associated with numerous
lease agreements, owned properties, and other real estate assets.
● Monitor competitor activity and permitting practices.
● Communicate with and meet regularly with property owners.
● Address ongoing requirements, inquiries, and complaints from property owners and partners
to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
● Be conversant in applicable codes/regulations as well as with permit requirements and
processes.
● Work with outside professionals when necessary to perform due diligence, secure permits,
remove violations, register inventory, etc.
● Maintain accurate records of relevant zoning regulations and monitor any proposed zoning
applications or changes.
● Develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with existing and potential
property owners, and serve as the primary point of contact for all real estate related matters.
● Enter, maintain, and routinely audit data, reports, and electronic files to ensure accurate
accounting, record keeping, and file management within various internal software
applications.

Qualifications:
● Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
● Cooperative and professional manner when speaking/meeting with internal and external
customers and vendors.
● Sense of urgency
● Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
● Ability to complete required financial analysis, including among other things, filling out
models and creating pro-formas.
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Seen Media Group is looking for a NYC Account Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and
creating a market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with
new prospects and maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts.

Responsibilities:
● Must have at least 2-3 years prior in an agency or OOH vendor environment.
● Will be expected to grow and maintain current clients while aggressively pursuing

variety of media formats.

Seen Media Group is looking for a Graphic Designer whose main objective will be to provide
creative support for the sales, marketing, and real estate teams. The Graphic Designer will be
responsible for developing concepts and designs for successful campaigns.

Job Responsibilities
• Work with a variety of clients by preparing, correcting, modifying artwork, and downloading
files for production and presentations.
• Acts as a creative advisor for clients on corporate identity and design standards, by using
creative best practices and recommending the best design strategy that will meet the client’s
needs.
• Utilizes digital image library, stock photography, as well as client assets, including but not
limited to websites, photography, and logos in developing creative.
• Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables with high attention to detail.
• Communicate and refine agency or customer artwork before it is launched.
• Design graphics using Macintosh operating systems.
• Follow policies and procedures set up by the local market management and corporate
directives.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design, Graphic Design or Communication Design preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
• 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Possesses a current, relevant portfolio.
• Manage numerous projects simultaneously and manage workflow with tight deadlines to
ensure delivering work on time.

a Marketing Manager. The Marketing and Communications Manager will lead and oversee all
marketing, communications, and branding efforts for Seen Media Group. They will establish and
help build the branding for Seen Media Group, and directly manage marketing campaigns, email
newsletters, and social media. They will also write ad copy and press releases, work with third
party advertising, and identify opportunities to promote and further the work of Seen Media
Group.

Responsibilities:
● Develop, execute, and refine ongoing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
● Provide SEO and strategic marketing recommendations based on analytics reviews and
keyword rankings.
● Create and manage Google Ad campaigns, with the goal of driving appointment request
conversions.
● Manage ongoing email newsletters and announcements, and create additional targeted
email campaigns.
● Create and manage social marketing campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
● Manage creation and maintenance of print collateral as needed.
● Identify and provide perspective on new trends and technologies in digital marketing.
● Explore and develop outreach opportunities with media and industry.

Qualifications:

Seen Media Group is hiring for an AP & AR Manager. This position is responsible for managing
Seen Media Group’s accounts payables & receivables (AP/AR) in a professional and
knowledgeable manner. Duties include the processes associated with the payment of invoices
and the receipt and accounting of funds being paid to the organization.

Essential Functions:
● Serve as subject matter expert for accounts payable, general purchasing, accounts
receivable functions, accounting system modules, and policies.
● In conjunction with CFO and Senior Finance Manager, develop and ensure compliance
with accounting policies.
● Prepare, maintain, balance and analyze financial data related to AP/AR.
● Receive, research and resolve a variety of internal and external inquiries concerning
account status, including but not limited to, communicating the resolution of
discrepancies to the appropriate parties.
● Review and approve journal entries for accuracy to ensure the integrity of the general
ledger.
● Review the monthly AR aging reports and generate monthly customer statements.
● Review/approve credit memos, process AR corrections, review/post AR cash receipts to
ensure the integrity of the AR subsidiary ledger.
● Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
● Maintain all AP reports, spreadsheets, and files.
● Ensures all negotiated vendor payments are paid in accordance with the contract.
● Act as point of contact for staff regarding AP/AR issues, processes, policies and
procedures.

Qualifications
● Associate degree in accounting required, Bachelor’s Degree with major course work in
accounting or business preferred.
● A minimum of 3 years of experience in complex bookkeeping.
● Knowledge and experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
● Knowledge of accrual accounting methods.
● Knowledge of accounting software applications including Quickbooks and Bill.com.
