A Dallas based private equity firm called Caruth Capital Partners, acquired Jersey Premier Outdoor Media in partnership with Premier Outdoor Media. The combined companies will be known as Premier Outdoor Media. Jersey Premier had over 200 billboard faces including digital located in NJ, DE, MD, and PA.
Premier Outdoor is managed by Dominick Vastino and Sean Corbett. Vastino, is CEO of Premier Outdoor Media, formally of Fuel Outdoor, Alliance Outdoor Holdings and Landmark Dividend.
Sean Corbett, President and Head of Sales for Premier Outdoor Media, and previously recognized in OOH Today with our feature of OOH Phone Life and ‘What’s on Your Phone.’ Corbett’s OOH history includes nearly 20 years at Clear Channel Outdoor where he built a book of business in excess of $40 million annually with year over year growth in revenue for 10+ years.
