- Manage and track your sales pipeline in Salesforce with precision and efficiency.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A residence in or near Los Angeles.
- Established relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients on the West Coast.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in out-of-home (OOH) media sales.
- Strong presentation skills, including confidence when presenting to senior executives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage your time effectively.
- A high-energy, positive, and outgoing personality.
Work Environment

Role Summary
Provide comprehensive operational support to the VP of Operations and Account Managers in the planning, execution, and post‑execution phases of marketing campaigns.
Assist in coordinating field operations, ensuring process accuracy, and maintaining high‑quality program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Pre‑Campaign Support
- Assist with Field Rep campaign hiring/assignments.
- Support the campaign list process, including setup, monitoring, and release to Field Reps
- Create Device Magic forms for each campaign and ensure representatives are dispatched once forms are finalized.
- Manage the program check log and coordinate follow‑up on check‑related issues.
Campaign Execution Support
- Provide support to ensure all campaigns are running/executing properly
- Provide reporting support for daily campaign reports generated by the coordinators.
- Assist with follow up with Field Reps during program execution
- Support audit processes as needed.
Post‑Campaign Support
- Prepare client lists upon campaign completion.
- Create the Proof of Performance:
- Same page template setup
- Photo review and selection
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and supporting two account coordinators.
- Respond to representative inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Execute ad hoc projects and assignments to support evolving business needs.

Graphic Designer/Brand Marketing Specialist – OOH
Join our dynamic team as a Graphic Designer/Brand Marketing Specialist at SILVERCAST, a leading force in the out-of-home (OOH) media industry. We are looking for a seasoned, strategic, and results-driven professional to elevate the quality, design, and visual appeal of all outward-facing materials produced by the company.
Role Overview
The position will be responsible for helping to enhance the look and quality of our sales materials and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling graphics, decks, and renders for client sales presentations and internal use using InDesign and Photoshop.
- Integrate high-quality campaign photography, videography, and visual assets into marketing one-sheets, client presentations, and internal materials.
- Assist in maintaining the look, feel, and consistency of SILVERCAST Media’s brand across all visual touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to create persuasive messaging and product packages that generate new business opportunities.
- Design creative content (static, video, motion graphics) optimized for our business.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of our outdoor signage across New York City.
- Oversee and enhance SILVERCAST’s digital presence, including social media platforms, LinkedIn, and the company website, ensuring content is updated with the latest influential brands SILVERCAST partners with.
- Manage and curate content across all company social media platforms.
- Track the performance of our social media and use the data to amplify our digital presence.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, graphic design or advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and presentation tools (PowerPoint). After Effects a plus.
- Photography/videography skills.
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies, including content creation and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to work in a team environment while managing multiple demands.
- Capability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant work experience

Account Executive – Billboard Ad Sales

Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Account Executive to sell primarily digital billboard advertising. This role combines new business development with management and growth of existing advertiser relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is excited about helping businesses grow through outdoor advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting-

Account Management & Growth
- Manage a base of existing advertisers while pursuing renewals, upsells, and new campaign concepts
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication
- Provide excellent customer service and address concerns promptly
- Identify opportunities for new ads, creative refreshes, or expanded coverage
Campaign Development & Execution
- Prepare advertising contracts and insertion orders
- Work closely with the graphic design team to create effective, on-brand billboard creative
- Coordinate internally to ensure campaigns launch correctly and on schedule
- Ensure client satisfaction from sale through posting
- Account Executives are expected to guide advertisers toward creative that performs, not simply accept ineffective content.
Team Collaboration & Operations

Required Skills & Experience
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (media or advertising preferred)

- Ability to pass a background check
