Lindmark has the Billboard Steel

"Next Generation of Billboard Fabrications"

message for Lindmark Steel

In August of 2023, the Sign Company, under the direction and ownership of Woody Barnes, was incorporated into the Lindmark Companies’ family of businesses and rebranded as Lindmark Steel. With the long-standing reputation of Sign Company in their tool kit, Lindmark Steel has maintained ongoing partnerships within the industry, allowing them to continue to hold their high standards of quality for materials, giving their customers the highest quality products on the market. The company remains one of the premier fabricators in the region and one of the only ones that offers fabrication, installation, and now service and repair under one roof.

With its sights set on the future and remembering the past, Lindmark Steel is focused on building upon the tremendous legacy and reputation that the Sign Company has built its business on for the past 60 years. Since the rebranding, Lindmark Steel has expanded its fleet, adding a 50-ton Manitex Crane to the roster alongside their two 38-ton Manitex Cranes. This addition has dramatically expanded their installation crew’s capabilities, increasing the size and height of structures they can install in-house. Lindmark Steel has also added a fully equipped service truck to the fleet. With the addition of the service truck and crew, Lindmark Steel can keep the installation crews on task with new builds and projects requiring heavy muscle while the service truck takes care of smaller projects and repairs.

In addition to adding to the fleet, Lindmark Steel has been retooling and rethinking its fabrication and production process. With a fresh leadership team in the front office and the shop, all under the mentorship of the legend Woody Barnes, as Lindmark Companies’ newly appointed Director of Organic growth, they have streamlined their production and fabrication processes, pumping out more structures while maintaining some of the highest standards for quality in the business. By focusing on standard sizes and production runs, Lindmark Steel has transformed its custom shop into a premier structure fabrication facility. Lindmark Steel offers standard structure sizes available in 12×25, 10×32, and 12×40, all with a stack option, as well as the standard 14×48. They are also available and ready for any custom work that comes their way. With the purchase of several new welding machines and the implementation of a new workflow and workstation layout, Lindmark Steel is now capable of fulfilling Lindmark Billboards’ high demand for new structures while catering to the needs and workload of their outside customers.

With the robust reinvestment into equipment and personnel, Lindmark Steel is poised to continue to build upon the foundations of quality, craftsmanship, and customer service that the Sign Company was most notably known for. Lindmark Steel is offering the following services to all customers: fabrication and installation, digital conversion of existing billboards, service/repair, and removals/reinstalls.
