10 minutes into the first quarter and the team is down by 12 points. I got to thinking the other day…man it must be tough to be a national sales rep in general, but particularly this time of year.
So, I figured you needed a little pep talk. So here it is:

Pretty funny Johnsen, but wha? Well, besides the nail salon outing, the spa day, Broadway theater, dinner at Smith and Wollensky’s and a round of golf, maybe it really is time to tell the buyers that it’s time to get it on. Maybe besides “seducing” them, we need an all out effort to ehem, remind them that supply is limited (at least the good stuff), lower interest rates and a heating up economy are going to bring their competitors out of the woodwork, politics is really going to soak up supply in the second and third quarters and generally, inflation has FINALLY hit the industry and pricing is going up as the year plays out. Easy for me to say, right?
Well if all else fails just play Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On”…that never seems to fail.
