DPAA Women’s Empowerment Webinar
Reframes Networking as Leadership Strategy

Session includes guests from Dentsu, GSTV, Adapt Media and a virtual networking session

NEW YORK –  DPAA, the global trade marketing association, driving the growth and digitization of out-of-home media today, announced its women’s empowerment webinar for Women’s History Month.

The March 31 (11am US Easten Time) webinar “Give to Gain” aligns with the 2026 theme of International Women’s Day. The session will feature Jessie Schwartfarb, Exec. VP Video Investment at Dentsu, Kristina Lutz, CMO at GSTV, and Amanda Newell, Chief Revenue Officer, Adapt Media; the webinar will be led by DPAA subject matter expert Jenn Wiley, founder of Wet Cement. This is a members-only session, for registration information please contact your DPAA representative.

Strategic networking for individuals and companies are the strongest accelerators of visibility, opportunity, and leadership growth in media and DOOH. Careers expand and revenue accelerates as partnerships form and introductions are made between panels and sessions at events such as DPAA’s curated sessions at CES, Possible, Cannes, Advertising Week, and the DPAA Global Summit itself. And yet—for many professionals, especially women—networking can feel transactional or uncomfortable. Add power dynamics, impostor syndrome, and unspoken bias, and it’s no surprise that many hesitate to step fully into rooms where influence is built.

In this interactive webinar, participants will learn how to:

  • Own and articulate their personal and corporate brand so they show up with clarity and confidence at industry events and in high-stakes meetings.
  • Use technology and AI to make networking easier and more strategic—from preparing for conversations to following up in ways that deepen connection.
  • Shift from collecting contacts to cultivating high-quality relationships that drive revenue, career progression, and industry impact.

The session will conclude with a structured virtual networking experience, so participants can immediately practice what they’ve learned, make meaningful business connections to grow their companies, and leave with new relationships grounded in shared purpose—not small talk.

“This Women’s Empowerment webinar exemplifies why DPAA events – online and IRL are so popular – learnings on a critical topic for growth, interaction with leaders, and networking to help you grow your company and advance in your career,” said Barry Frey, President & CEO of DPAA. “This is such a powerful and important session during Women’s History Month, I encourage all DPAA members to attend.”
