Unity, Respect and Solidarity
June marks the beginning of Pride Month – a celebration of self-expression, love and community. This year, Clear Channel Outdoor recognizes this celebratory month with a campaign that reflects the essence of Pride.
While themes for Pride Month vary across cities, Clear Channel has taken inspiration from Pride in New York City, the birthplace of our country’s modern LGBTQ+ rights movement. NYC Pride’s 2024 theme, “Reflect. Empower. Unite.”, encourages individuals, advocates, community leaders and allies to reflect on the challenges they’ve overcome together, while also empowering them to shape our collective future.
CCO’s 2024 campaign borrows from that theme and recognizes these acts of reflection, empowerment and unity by shining a light on the ways people experience their pride for the LGBTQ+ community every day. Under the moniker, “Pride Is,” the vibrant creative attached features terms and phrases, from “respect” to “authenticity” to “joy,” that inextricably link pride with the LGBTQ+ community.
Simone Bradley, graphic designer, CCOA-San Francisco, executed her creative talents to bring this campaign to life, in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.
