WOO names first three speakers for APAC Regional Forum in Seoul

The World Out of Home Organization has named the first three speakers for its first Regional Forum in Seoul, South Korea. The Forum,  the fourth in APAC following Bali, Kuala Lumpur and the Annual Congress in Hong Kong two years ago, will be held from November 5-7.

The Forum is organized in partnership with the Korea Out of Home Advertising Association (KOOHA), headed by Chairman Chang Hoon Woo.

The first three named speakers are: Laetitia Lim, CEO of Digital OOH, in-store Retail Media and Merchandising specialist Quividi; Adam Garrity, Head of Global Out of Home at dentsu, and Ben Milne, CEO of APAC at global media agency Billups.

Lim brings unrivalled experience of Digital Out of Home via Quividi. She was also a co-founder of financial marketplace MoneyHero Group and a senior executive at L’Oreal. She will discuss the importance of AI-driven market measurement for OOH.

As Head of Global OOH at dentsu, Garrity leads the centralized OOH team and works with the dentsu network to drive strategic initiatives to expand OOH spend and market share. With a deep understanding of OOH’s real-world impact, he champions its role in delivering measurable business outcomes for clients, helping brands connect with audiences across local, regional, and global markets. His session will cover how brands are expanding their multi-market global OOH campaigns to include Seoul and why brands should be including this dynamic and thriving market.

Based in Singapore, Milne spearheads Billups’ regional growth by bringing data science, advanced measurement, and creative intelligence to the evolving OOH landscape across APAC. With over two decades of experience driving innovation in OOH, Milne blends deep market knowledge with a forward-looking approach to media planning and accountability.

WOO President Tom Goddard says: “South Korea is one of the main driving forces of innovation in global Out of Home, which I know well from my visits there.

“Developments in South Korea inevitably make their way onto the world stage, and that’s why the forthcoming Forum in South Korea is a major event, not just for the local and regional market but the global OOH industry as a whole. It will be an unmissable event.”
