Here at Williamson & Associates, 2025 turned out to be better than expected. We were fortunate to complete 15 transactions, making this one of our busiest years since the firm was founded in 2017. 2025 exceeded our average pace of 12–13 deals per year.
We finished particularly strong with three transactions in December, two of which closed on the same day—Friday the 19th. It marked our first-ever two-closings-in-one-day milestone.
As we look ahead to 2026, we are very optimistic. We already have January closings queued up, with several additional transactions active in the pipeline. As interest rates continue to trend lower and broader economic conditions remain constructive, we expect 2026 to be another solid year for M&A activity in the OOH space.
We continue to see new buyers entering the market, including private equity groups as well as both established and emerging independent operators. While valuation multiples based on BCF have remained relatively steady, outcomes continue to vary depending on asset quality, digital mix, market concentration, and overall scale.
Below are the tombstone announcements for our recent December closings, followed by a recap of the other deals completed in 2025. We are extremely grateful to all of the sellers and buyers who trusted us with their transactions and gave us the opportunity to be of service.
