Stat of the Week: The Mobility Bowl
Forget the point spreads and injury reports. As we head into the Conference Championships, we are analyzing the matchups through a different lens: Human Mobility.
While the Patriots prepare to visit the Broncos and the Rams head north to face the Seattle Seahawks, we looked at the overall transit advertising performance in these four key markets to see which city’s streets are truly buzzing the most.
The Analysis
If street-level visibility predicts on-field energy, the New England Patriots are the runaway favorites. Boston dominates the field with a massive 511.59 Mean Impressions Per Mile, nearly double the exposure seen in Denver (250.68). The Broncos might have the altitude, but Boston has the eyes.
In the NFC, the Los Angeles Rams hold a commanding lead over Seattle. With an average of 433.25 Impressions Per Mile, LA’s mobility density significantly outpaces the Pacific Northwest’s 311.26.
The verdict? Expect a Patriots vs. Rams Super Bowl if the mobility data holds true.
