RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop revenue opportunities through cold calling and face-to-face conversations (including, but not limited to, sales presentations) with potential direct clients or uncovered agencies.
- Identify, uncover, and develop account opportunities & new business generation
- Excellent ability to properly qualify prospects and provide feedback to the Firefly pre-sales and account vetting teams to maximize an efficient sales cycle
- Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and proposals.
- Identify advertising needs of clients and prospect in order to develop new revenue opportunities
- Manage RFP process
- Diligently record data and activity within Salesforce
- Meet and/or exceed targeted monthly and annual sales budgets and objectives
- Attend sales and creative services meetings as needed
- Assist with special projects that may be assigned
- Assist in the resolution of issues related to billing and accounts
QUALIFICATIONS
-
- 1+ years’ experience in relevant media sales (digital and/or out of home experience is preferred)
- Ability to sell at all levels of an agency
- Demonstrated relationship building skills that extend to internal team members in pre and post-sales
- Demonstrate a repertoire of skills such as scheduling, prioritizing, organizing, planning, problem solving, decision making, financial savvy, attention to detail, and follow through
- Proficiency in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying accounts
- Ability to understand products and effectively identify how it can provide value to a prospective customer
- Well organized, exceptional communication and presentation skills; effective communicator/presenter to groups of all sizes and levels of management

Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Long Island City, NY (Hybrid Position) Typical 3-4 days in-office
Responsibilities:
- Maintain/Track and consistently update the database of projects to ensure that the Operations Team has accurate and current information needed for each program.
- Create/Maintain/Verify Campaign Tracking Reports
- Monitor Field Reps and provide the Operations Team with correct tracking and reporting of field activity for all current programs.
- Create/update/compile all campaign paperwork and manuals with the proper information.
- Prepping, packing/shipping/tracking all materials needed for each program before the start date of a campaign.
- Warehouse Inventory Control: Tracking/Booking/Shipping/Inventory Counts
- Field Representative Coordination: provide the proper information/return labels to get materials and paperwork back from the field and timely invoices received and tracked.
- Securing locations for media placement for multiple programs
- Gather and provide any information needed for the operations director and operations managers.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Proof of Performance Reports
- Research
- Mapping capabilities using multiple platforms
Job Requirements
- Minimum one year experience as an Operations Coordinator
- Expert/proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Position requires meticulous attention to detail
- Team player understanding how performance as a “can-do” operations professional helps strengthen current client relationships and facilitate new ones
- Must be able to pick up quickly in a fast-moving environment and multitask
- Must be able to think outside of the box and provide ideas and solutions

Link Media Outdoor, one of the fastest growing Out of Home Billboard companies, is seeking a talented and creative Billboard Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing eye-catching and effective billboards that capture the attention of passersby. The candidate will be responsible for creating designs that communicate the message of our clients in a clear and concise manner in our Wisconsin and West Virginia markets.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and effective billboard designs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop concepts and ideas for billboard designs
- Ensure that designs are in line with the client’s brand and message
- Work with the sales team to ensure that designs are produced accurately and on time
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio of billboard designs
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch InDesign and other graphic software
- Understanding of HTML and CSS preferred
- Strong understanding of design principles and typography
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field and/or equivalent experience preferred
