There is a new Digital OOH player in the Industry called Life Space Digital

Founded in 2025, Life Space Digital is a new U.S.-based digital out-of-home (DOOH) media and advertising network with video in residential buildings, office towers and shopping malls. Specializing in elevator media and advertising in retail and other high-traffic lifestyle destinations, they engage with video across multiple points in the daily journey, where audiences live, work and spend.

The ‘independent company’ is led by an experienced team of former executives from Focus Media, one of the world’s fastest-growing DOOH companies, and other seasoned industry experts who have scaled brands and media networks across Asia and North America. 

The Leadership Team at Life Space Digital

Jeffrey Lu is the Co-Founder and a global business leader with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and consumer engagement across Asia’s fast-moving consumer goods sector. He most recently led dairy giant Mengniu Group as CEO, with previous experience at Danone’s Early Life Nutrition business in Greater China, where his strategic vision and deep market expertise propelled the brand to category leadership. Now, as the co-founder of Life Space Digital, he brings unmatched insight into consumer behavior, brand building, and scalable growth models to guide the company as it scales a video media network across the U.S.

Christian Vollerslev is an Advisor. A seasoned global media executive with over two decades of experience driving innovation and growth in the advertising industry. As President of Posterscope U.S. and Chief Commercial Officer at Dentsu Aegis Network USA, he steered initiatives that significantly enhanced the network’s performance. Under his leadership at Dentsu, collaboration among U.S. agencies increased sevenfold, contributing to the group’s market-leading success. His extensive experience managing large-scale operations, fostering inter-agency collaboration, and driving commercial strategy makes him an invaluable asset to Life Space Digital. Voolerslev is listed in his LinkedIn profile as an External Advisor to Bain & Company’s Global Advisor Network, supporting the Technology, Media & Telecom.

Matt Brosenne is the VP of Human Resources. According to Life Space Digital, Brosenne brings a unique blend of experience in media audience research, executive search, and HR leadership. After 15 years in the media sector, including a pivotal role in shaping China’s media measurement landscape at CSM Media Research, Matt transitioned into executive search at Russell Reynolds Associates before leading HR for the Asia-Pacific region at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Matt is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an EMBA from China Europe International Business School.

Nicolas Beaver joins as the VP of Business Development. Beaver specializes in real estate partnerships and digital screen network expansion across multifamily and commercial buildings. Beaver was at Captivate for over 8 years. As SVP at Captivate, he led the growth of its elevator screen footprint in CRE, enhancing tenant engagement and building amenity offerings. He also brings a strong financial and consulting background from his roles at the National Bank of Canada, the World Bank, and RBC. Nicolas graduated from Ryerson University, has a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Uppsala University, and spent two years as a professional volleyball player in Sweden. He is based in NYC.

Eric Steinert is also the VP of Business Development. Steinert has deep expertise in digital out-of-home networks for commercial real estate. With 19 years at Lightbox OOH Video Network, he held key executive roles, including President and CRO, guiding the expansion of the retail center footprint to its position as the leading DOOH network in shopping malls. Before his tenure at Lightbox, Eric served as Vice President of Retail Markets at Mastercard International. Eric is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is based in NYC.
