OOH …Here’s One Thing (to inspire young professionals in outdoor advertising and finance sectors to value their early career days)

Don’t think me unkind
Words are hard to find
They’re only cheques I’ve left unsigned
From the banks of chaos in my mind   The Police

Ah, nothing like some classic Police to bring in the New Year.

Never realized how eloquent that song was until I just looked up the lyrics:  The Police – De Do Do Do, De Da Da Da Lyrics | AZLyrics.com

In any event, is anyone else as scared shitless as I am on what this Monday is going to bring?  And I am not talking about the acquisition of our 51st State (although the possible repercussions of it do terrify me). I am referring to the price we will pay for the nice long, quiet break we just had.  The proverbial material hitting the fan…  All good as they say, but with that in mind, I thought I would leave you with a couple easy quick quotes so you can get right to the fun stuff:

“Do something today that a future version of yourself will thank you for”. — Warren Buffett

“Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal” – Rob Cosman (woodworking)

“The greatest happiness is to know the source of unhappiness” – Fyodor Dostoevsky

“The creative process is not about hoping, wishing, waiting, wanting, trying, or looking — hope is a beggar. It’s about embodying and becoming your creation.” – Dr. Joe Dispenza

“You don’t need to be fixed. You need to be seen, understood, and supported in your own process of becoming.” – Unknown Therapist

“At the core of all human behavior, our needs are more or less similar. Positive experience is easy to handle. It’s negative experience that we all, by definition, struggle with. Therefore, what we get out of life is not determined by the good feelings we desire, but by what bad feelings we’re willing and able to sustain to get us to those good feelings.” – Mark Manson

Wishing you health, awe and success in 2026.
