Graphic Designer/Brand Marketing Specialist – OOH
Join our dynamic team as a Graphic Designer/Brand Marketing Specialist at SILVERCAST, a leading force in the out-of-home (OOH) media industry. We are looking for a seasoned, strategic, and results-driven professional to elevate the quality, design, and visual appeal of all outward-facing materials produced by the company.
Role Overview
The position will be responsible for helping to enhance the look and quality of our sales materials and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling graphics, decks, and renders for client sales presentations and internal use using InDesign and Photoshop.
- Integrate high-quality campaign photography, videography, and visual assets into marketing one-sheets, client presentations, and internal materials.
- Assist in maintaining the look, feel, and consistency of SILVERCAST Media’s brand across all visual touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to create persuasive messaging and product packages that generate new business opportunities.
- Design creative content (static, video, motion graphics) optimized for our business.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of our outdoor signage across New York City.
- Oversee and enhance SILVERCAST’s digital presence, including social media platforms, LinkedIn, and the company website, ensuring content is updated with the latest influential brands SILVERCAST partners with.
- Manage and curate content across all company social media platforms.
- Track the performance of our social media and use the data to amplify our digital presence.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, graphic design or advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and presentation tools (PowerPoint). After Effects a plus.
- Photography/videography skills.
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies, including content creation and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to work in a team environment while managing multiple demands.
- Capability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- This role is in person and based in New York City

Account Executive – Billboard Ad Sales
Location: Nationwide
Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Account Executive to sell primarily digital billboard advertising. This role combines new business development with management and growth of existing advertiser relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is excited about helping businesses grow through outdoor advertising.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting-
- Prepare and present advertising campaigns that align with client goals and budgets
- Recommend billboard locations, formats, and campaign durations
Account Management & Growth
- Manage a base of existing advertisers while pursuing renewals, upsells, and new campaign concepts
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication
- Provide excellent customer service and address concerns promptly
- Identify opportunities for new ads, creative refreshes, or expanded coverage
Campaign Development & Execution
- Prepare advertising contracts and insertion orders
- Work closely with the graphic design team to create effective, on-brand billboard creative
- Coordinate internally to ensure campaigns launch correctly and on schedule
- Ensure client satisfaction from sale through posting
- Account Executives are expected to guide advertisers toward creative that performs, not simply accept ineffective content.
Team Collaboration & Operations

Required Skills & Experience
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (media or advertising preferred)

Social Indoor is hiring a Local Media Sales Executive to grow new advertising opportunities in the Phoenix market. We’re looking for a proactive, persuasive, and well organized “hunter” who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and having fun while doing it.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of media sales experience (preferably OOH or related), knows how to balance outbound hustle with inbound relationship building, and has a track record of exceeding goals. You’ll enjoy developing leads, contacting a high volume of potential advertisers, and managing clients through every stage of the sales process.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify and secure new locations for billboard placements
- Negotiate lease agreements with property owners and landlords
- Maintain strong relationships with existing property partners
- Conduct site research, surveys, and due diligence for potential locations
- Collaborate with internal teams on permitting, compliance, and development
- Maximize lease renewals via rent reductions, extending term, etc.
- Perform quarterly analysis of underperforming assets and determine appropriate steps to make profitable or remove.
- Maintain maximum visibility of faces by diligent vegetation management.
- Stay current on state and local zoning/ordinance changes or litigation/legal challenges that impact our industry.
What We’re Looking For:
